My Anniversary
Proud to say that as of 9/15 I have hit my two year anniversary. Actually, I am at day 732.
What did I quit? Smokeless tobacco likened to quitting heroin?
How did I quit?
With the help of an online site called http://killthecan.org that provides an online quit forum for giving your introduction and posting roll call. It also hosts a 24 by 7 chat site run by quitters to help quitters. Everyone on that site is a volunteer and fellow quitter.
How long did I use?
40+ years
Why was this site started?
Since I was helped by the KTC site, I thought I would carry that help forward to help others who are fighting the heroin and opioid addiction to help themselves.
