I am reaching 1,000 days and I still have challenges.
I try to forget this habit but in times of stress the tension comes up in the back of my mind.
It is so critical to switch your focus when the idea comes up.
You can only win if you switch your focus.
Eat three square meals a day.
Drink juice to counterbalance the lost sugars that your brain emits when you use.
Exercise to release that tension.
Are you ever free? You must always keep your guard up!
