How to Quit Heroin – Step 1 Come Clean

April 23, 2017ArticlesNo CommentsQuit the habit

Attached is an exercpt from an article from Jorge Hernandez who runs the site: http://www.howtoquitheroin.com/how-to-quit-heroin.html

Step 1: Come clean:
If this applies to you, then consider coming clean. Come clean to your mother. Come clean to your father. Come clean to your brother. Come clean to your sister. Come clean to your wife. Come clean to your husband. Come clean to your girlfriend. Come clean to your boyfriend. Come clean to your best friend. Come clean to your true friends. Come clean.

Accept the fact that you have a serious problem with heroin and then come clean in order to reach out for help and make things right. And when you do come clean, keep your head down and come clean 100%. Put it all on the table. Don’t try to hide anything. And don’t try to make the situation seem less than what it actually is. The best thing you can do is to come clean and reach out for help while you have the chance.

“You can’t do wrong and get by”, LDA.

If you’ve done someone wrong, like your family for example, then apologize, beg them for forgiveness and the chance to make things right. Be honest with them. For it is more important to be honest than it is to quit heroin.

’Coming clean’ is for your own benefit as well. It’s for your own protection. Your overseers will keep a watchful eye over you making it difficult for you to go out and use from here on out. They’ll help protect you from destroying yourself any further. And by coming clean, you won’t have to live a double life any longer. Everything will change in an instant if you just come clean and reach out for help. Just something to consider for now… But in the end, it’s all up to you. And last but not least, beg them to help you.

Beg them to help you quit this nasty heroin habit once and for all. If you’ve been truly sincere in apologizing to your loved ones for any hurt that you have caused them, then there’s a good chance that they will help you. They will forgive you and help you in any way that they can. But, if your family wants nothing to do with you, (which may be the case for some of you), then hurry up and quit this drug, change your life and then at least write them a letter of apology, apologizing for any hurt you may have caused them. Ask them to forgive you, and then move on with your life. Do everything you can to make things right and then move on with your life. And if you have to do this on your own, then get ready for the greatest battle of your life.

It will be you against yourself – you against heroin! And in the end, it’s going to be you who gets yourself out of this mess and no one else. It will have to be you who decides to put your foot down and force yourself to do what is right and refuse to do that which is wrong. And if you have no one at all, or no one whom you can confide in then I will be more than happy to go through this battle with you every step of the way. I’ll be here to help, encourage and support you each and every day. But it’s up to you to decide once and for all to quit this thing and turn your life around. No one can do it for you. You have to do this yourself. But don’t worry. You can do this. I swear you can! And what you do now, will determine how the rest of your life turns out.
