House Bill 177 Proposed by Andrew Cassilly will require that people that have been revived by Narcan 3 or more times will need to seek treatment or pay the state for this medication.
Narcan has been a life saver for many.
Enacting this change may lead “special monitoring” and cast a dark shadow on the use of Narcan.
Please reach out to your legislators to vote against this legislation.
